LASER PLOTTING SERVICES :

For our photoplotting process, we use 3 Escher-Grad Laser Plotters with 2000, 4000 and 8000 DPI (Dots Per Inch) addressability to plot up to 2 mils minimum line width and spacing.

Our laser plotter is capable of reading GERBER-X & HPGL format data input files. Thus , we are also capable of plotting your fabrication and schematic drawing on a reduced scale so it is easy and inexpensive to duplicate, mail & store.

We are also able to convert DXF to Gerber data & drill data.

PANELIZATION PACKAGE :

AMS will accept your GERBER files and do further editing to prepare following tools for manufacturing facilities :

Editing Individual Layers : Remove shear lines, out side target, names, numbers etc.: Delete unused gold fingers ; Delete pads from non-plated holes for tent-overs; Add vendor logo, piece ID, date code, etc; Remove unused pads from inner layers; Design rule checks, if required; Minor merging, editing & deleting, if required.

Panelization : Step & repeat of individual layers; Add venting patterns on inner layers; Add test coupons, tooling holes, etc.; Identify each layer with name to prevent any reversal or rotation during the process; prepare control boxes to add process values by vendor; Laser plot each layer with the accuracy for manufacturing; Generate drill tapes & route tapes; Generate test fixture date; Prepare solder paste artwork for SMD assembly.

Provide complete analysis report on each job with the plots with all the relevant manufacturing details. We check each job for standard manufacturing guidelines and before plotting supervisor verifies before plotting the jobs.
